Cancellation  and Late Policy

We understand that sometimes unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice.

<Cancellation Policy>

Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24hours will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 50% of the reserved services.

Clients who do not show up for their appointment without contacting us will be considered a ‘NO SHOW’ and therefore will incur the full cost of reserved services.

<Late Policy>

If you are late, we may not able to provide the full duration of your appointment, however full payment is required.
