Feel-Good Yoga – Not Show-Off Yoga

The yoga I teach isn’t about showing off or achieving the perfect pose. It’s about moving gently with your breath — in a way that feels natural, nourishing, and just right for your body.

Everyone is different. That’s why I work with you one-on-one (or in small groups) to create a safe, comfortable space for you to explore movement and breath – at your own pace.

1. Personalised Yoga for Home Practice

 (3-Session Package)

A fully tailored program for those who want to build a home practice that suits their lifestyle and goals.

Includes:

  • Session 1: History + goals + postural/movement assessment

  • Session 2: Try your personalised home practice together

  • Session 3: Review and adjust your practice based on progress

  • Ongoing follow-ups available

Recommended: Book all 3 sessions up front for continuity.

2. Private Yoga Practice (One-on-One)

A tailored session done with me, in real time. Recommended as a regular self-care routine.

3. Semi-Private Yoga Practice (Two-on-One)

Perfect for couples, friends, or family members who want to practice together.

4. Small Group Class (Up to 6 People)

Gentle, pre-designed sessions with a focus on connection and calm.

Availability

Yoga sessions at the clinic are generally available during clinic opening hours.
In addition, there are limited openings on Saturday afternoons from 2:30 PM to 5:00 PM.

I can highly recommend a personalised yoga program developed by Kanako, based on the program she created for me. Yoga was largely new to me, but I knew enough to realise that group classes wouldn’t be right — I needed the basics first, while also working around limitations in my right knee from an old injury. Kanako gave me a great introduction to the fundamentals of yoga — including positions, preparation, and especially breathing — and developed a program focused on my core-strengthening goals. She adapted everything thoughtfully so I could move safely with my knee. I was delighted with the start she gave me, and the program is now a regular part of my week.
